Home Style Boarding

A safe place for your dog to relax while you're away

Boarding is my most popular service, which I have been developing and perfecting since I started Back of House K9. I work closely with each one of my clients and their pets to mimic the best home away from home environment for your dog. I know you have a busy schedule, so I will customize a plan that suits you and your dog's lifestyle.

Behavior Consulting & Modification

Personalized and Professional

If your dog or puppy needs help with a specific behavioral issue, behavior consulting & modification with Back of House K9 may be a great option for you. Sessions can be done at our training facility or a place of your choosing with personalized plans to fit your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.

Obedience Board & Train

Lets us train your dog at our facility

Our Board & Train program involves an intimate understanding of your animal’s natural and individual history. Your pet has plenty of potential to learn and understand commands, and our training techniques will lay the foundation for you to build upon. I combine your needs and wants with the natural attributes of your pet.

Basic Obedience Lessons

We teach you and your dog the basics of obedience

This is the foundation class needed to build a solid obedient dog. You and your dog will learn more than just sit. You will learn how to maintain and adhere to keeping your dog a good public citizen.

Canine Trailing Lessons

We teach you and your dog how to trail human scent

These classes will help turn you and your dog into trailing masters! We start you at step one and progressively advance into a properly trained handler and dog, capable of finding a human by scent trailing.

Canine Trailing 4 week Board and Train

Your dog will train with an expert trainer and become a trailing master!

We start your dog at step one and progressively advance into a properly trained dog, capable of finding a human by scent trailing. Your dog will train and stay in our facility during this course. We guarantee your dog will be able to be 30-minute cold trail qualified at the end of this training.

House & Out "N" About Board and Train

We teach your dog manners and boundaries for home and out in public

This four-week program will socialize your dog with real-world (out of the house) scenarios; as well as basic obedience, kennel training, and house manners. Feel comfortable taking your dog anywhere you go and not having to worry about the state of your home when you are away.

Scent Detection 101

AKC - Narcotics - Explosives - Antler Shed

Our Police K9 trainer will teach you how to imprint, behavior shape, and proof your dog on a scent of your choice.

Scent Detection 8 Week Board & Train

AKC - Narcotics - Explosives - Antler Shed - Bed Bug - FEMA

Whether you are looking to build an AKC scent work champion or a real-world working narcotic, explosives canine, or bed bug dog; Back of House K9's Police K9 trainer will get the job done. Your dog will be imprinted on scent; behavior shaped to your specification and proofed. * Price includes boarding and the cost of one (1) training aid.

Puppies and dogs who are NOT up-to-date on shots may still qualify for training! However, they will only qualify for our in-home training services. These animals may be brought to our facility as soon as vaccinations and records are up-to-date and proof is acquired and presented to Back of House K9.
